Our Approch to Healing
We take a holistic approach, aiming to understand the whole picture rather than isolating the symptom or behavior. One symptom or behavior has several underlying driving forces that need to be addressed, and we utilize evidence-based approaches including person centered, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and eye movement desensitization reprocessing therapy (EMDR), to address those forces. We specialize in healing depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, and addiction.
